The program manager is the single focal point for all technical and program related communications with the customer.
For each of our programs, we establish and maintain a Program Management Office. This office is responsible for generating program documentation, tracking costs, early identification of problem areas, property accountability, and visibility into task and schedule progress. The Program Management Office submits monthly status reports, cost and schedule reports, and technical reports, as required by the customer.
Our Program Managers use proven management and control system tools that provide insight into a project’s current progress versus projected plans. Through our Program Management Office, we have implemented management processes to help mitigate and control risk, such as earned value and critical path analysis. These tools also provide assessment of technical performance and support system configuration management processes.
For each program, we schedule regular in-process reviews to keep the customer informed of program status and to discuss topics of special interest.
